Due to basic disagreements, as of Spring 2009, I have ended my research collaboration and business partnership with Mr. Julian Van Erlach. I (Christophe Faugere) do not endorse any interpretation(s) or account(s) presented in any media/academic or business outlet by Mr. Van Erlach regarding the content of any of the three articles we published jointly, or regarding the scope and nature of our jointly developed Required Yield Theory. Mr. Van Erlach’s views and opinions are strictly his own and are not necessarily in agreement with the actual content of these articles, which were written by applying the standards of the scientific method. That is, setting-up hypotheses followed by proofs and empirical validation. Any inquiries arising as a result of statements made by Mr. Van Erlach regarding our joint research should refer back to the precise exposition in the original document(s).
