            These two acts are important New Deal Legislation resulting from the 1929 Depression which increased federal regulation of the stock market and sale of securities and which created the Securities and Exchange Commission. This collection includes "all pertinent hearings, bills, prints, printed Senate amendments, reports, pertinent documents and all debates as copied from the official editions of the Congressional  Record.
