Process Capability In The Six Sigma Environment

Six Sigma provides a dsciplined framework for process capability measurements using Z scores. Z Score measurements are related to traditional Cp and Cpk measurements, but there are differences. This talk will explore the process capability measurement for normal data and non-normal data in the Six Sigma framework and how these methods relate to traditional quality and process capability measures.
