Applications In Statistics: What's Hot / What's Next VI


 

The Albany Chapter of the American Statistical Association and Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute are interested in receiving abstracts (200 words maximum) of presentations related to the theme of this conference. Abstracts are invited from practitioners in government and industry as well as academics. Presentations may be either of original work, applied or theoretical, completed or work in progress, or the presentation may be informational in an area you believe to be of interest to others attending the conference. Informational presentations need contain no original work, may contain examples of novel applications of existing methods or be devoted to a method believed to be generally unknown. Please include keywords at the top of all abstracts. Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes. The attached registration form and a non-refundable registration fee must be submitted with each abstract.

Student Program:

To encourage participation by students, a $100 cash prize will be awarded to the overall best student presentation.
Awards will be given to the best student presentation in each session.
