Applications In Statistics: What's Hot / What's Next V

The Albany Chapter of the American Statistical Association and Union College in Schenectady are interested in receiving abstracts (200 words maximum) of presentations related to the theme of this conference. Abstracts are invited from practitioners in government and industry as well as academics. Presentations are especially welcome in the areas of: computational statistics, data mining, industrial process control, problems in government and teaching statistics. Presentations will be limited to 15 minutes. The attached registration form and a non-refundable registration fee must be submitted with each abstract.

Student Programs:

To encourage participation by students, a $100 cash prize will be awarded to the overall best student presentation. Awards will be given to the best student presentation in each session.
