Nonlinear Robust Estimation of

Unknown Concentrations from

Serial Dilution Assays

Xiang Yang Ye

Calibration of unknown test samples by immunoassay techniques is a standard practice in pharmaceutical drug development, laboratory research, and clinical trials. These methods are all based on the assumptions that standards are available and contain all the information for estimating the dose-response curve. However, in practice, sequential test sample (unknown) dilutions can be employed to contribute to the dose-response curve estimation even when the standards are insufficient, unsuitable, or unavailable. A robust method for estimation of unknown concentrations from an immunoassay appliws to simulated data and real assay data will be presented..
