Updating Facility Locations at the DEC

The objective of this assignment is to accurately locate Department of Environmental Conservation facilities throughout the state. A combination of address matching using TIGER 95 files and digital orthophotos is employed to find more precise locations for the data points. Statistics were used to assess the amount of change after the points were moved.
