  I am Arindam Mandal, a  PhD candidate in Economics from University at Albany, SUNY and expect to complete my PhD by June 2009. Before joining University at Albany as a PhD student, I completed my M.A. Economics from Delhi School of Economics and B.A. Economics from St. Stephens College, India.

  My research focuses on Macroeconomics and Labor Economics with special emphasis on Labor Search theory. I focus on both theoretical and empirical aspects of economics. My secondary fields of specialization are Econometrics and System Dynamics.
