UAlbany 7's
The Albany 7's program has taken on new focus with Rugby 7's now an official Olympic sport. Albany's 7's fall schedule included the East Coast Rugby Conference and the Empore 7's tournaments
in which Albany lost in the ECRC Finals and the Empire Plate Finals. Albany has entered the prestigous Las Vegas 7's for 2012.
The Albany 7's team practices on Tuesdays during the 15's season and thursdays in the spring/summer months. For those not in Albany during that time we have worked out
training arrangements with the Long Island Rugby Club and the NY Athletic Club.
