The Capital District's source for youth rugby!
The Capital District Youth Rugby
All -Star program is designed to expose CDYR's dedicated athletes to
a higher, more demanding level of rugby. The program will include both
girls and boys squads and will play against other all-star teams from the northeast.
Open tryouts will be held in early May at a location[s] to be determined. Players will also be viewed over the league season. All star coaches will have the ability to invite players to try outs. Look here for more news as we get closer to May. Your CDYR coaches will also relay information to their individual teams.
