Read pages 449-454 and 479-482 of the Text. Also look carefully at the example 12.5 (page 482 of the Text).
Do Exercises 12.14 (a) and 12.15 (a) (page 494-495 of the Text).
Please read the attached 2 pages on correlation coefficient from another textbook. It gives two other examples.
