The
spirit of Reform Judaism at UAlbany |
||||
RUACH! - the Reform University at Albany Chavurah is an active movement of Reform Jewish students. It is officially recognized by both the Student Association and KESHER, the college movement of The Union of Reform Synagogues. It provides Shabbat services every Friday evening during the school year at Chapel House and the Campus Center on alternating weeks. In addition we sponsor weekly events, such as Havdalah and Living in Balance. These events include community service at the local Jewish nursing home, bowling, Havdalah candle making, jewish speakers, and leadership conferences. RUACH! also offers many opportunities to become involved in the community and Jewish campus life. For more information on our events and getting involved, email us at the address given below.
