Posted Nov. 18, 2011: On Monday, Nov. 21, 2011, Professor Ravi's office hours start about 15 minutes late; thus, he will be in his office from 9:45 to 11:15 AM (instead of 9:30 to 11 AM).

Posted Nov. 2, 2011: During the week starting Monday, Nov. 7, Professor Ravi's office hours will be as follows: Monday (11/7) from 9:30 to 11 AM and Tuesday (11/8) from 2 to 3:30 PM. He will be out of town from Wednesday (11/9) through Saturday (11/12) and so he won't hold office hours on Wednesday (11/9) or Thursday (11/10). On Thursday, Nov. 11, the regular lecture class will be taught by Andrew Marshall (Ph.D. student).

Posted Sep. 21, 2011: Recall that Programming Assignments III and IV will be team projects. However, students wanting to work on these two projects by themselves may do so. Such students should send an email message to Prof. Ravi by 11 AM on Monday, Sept. 26, 2011 to let him know that they will be working alone on Projects III and IV.

Posted Aug. 29, 2011: As mentioned in class today, students will be given a closed book/ closed notes quiz during the last 20 minutes of the class on Thursday, Sept. 1, 2011. The purpose of this quiz is to test whether students have a basic understanding of the material covered in the prerequisite course on data structures (CSI 310 at UAlbany).
