About Graduate
Courses
In
the creation of new knowledge, Women's Studies builds connections
to the social and political environment outside the university
and prepares students to pursue doctoral or professional degrees
or to find careers in government and public policy, non-profit
and social justice organizations, educational institutions,
and a range of human resource positions in private industry
and the arts.
Our graduate courses ensure
that M.A. students receive an interdisciplinary education that
integrates the arts and humanities with the social sciences,
bridges theory and practice, and focuses on the intersections
of gender, race, class, sexuality, and nationality in all areas
of research.
