Updating Your Entry

Your Office Address, E-Mail Address and/or Telephone Number

You can update your office address, preferred e-mail address, and/or your telephone number in your Personal Portfolio in MyUAlbany. Point your browser to the following URL and click on "Log On". Enter your NetID and password to login to MyUAlbany.

• To change your office address, modify your campus address to update your entry.*
  * When updating your campus address, make sure to follow the University's address protocol for your location:

  Click on the appropriate location, appearing below, to view the format.

  • Uptown Campus
    (including the Management Services Center and the University Administration Building)

  • Downtown Campus

  • East Campus

  • CESTM/Nanofab

  • Off Campus

• To change your e-mail address or your telephone number, check the preferred box to update your entry.

Save all changes in MyUAlbany and please allow one business day for the changes to take effect. If you need assistance, please contact the ITS HelpDesk (518) 442-3700, choose menu option 2.

Other Directory Information

All other information such as name, title, and home mailing address are managed by the Office of Human Resources. To make corrections, write Lisa Maxwell at lmaxwell@uamail.albany.edu, call her at 437-4720, or send a memo to her at University Administration Building 300.
