Housing for transfer students is limited and spaces are not guaranteed, so please apply early. A majority of our transfer students live on Alumni Quad which is located approximately three miles east of the University’s main campus. There will be some spaces on Alumni Quad that will have increased housing (i.e. a standard double room with 3 students occupying it temporarily). A limited number of apartment style housing may be available for transfer students who are juniors, seniors, or 21 years of age or older.
Housing assignments are determined by your housing application date of receipt.
