WCC-L is a moderated e-mail discussion list devoted to issues of concern to
women on campus. Using e-mail, you can keep in touch with other women on campus
and with what is happening of interest to women on campus. WCC-L is a moderated
list, meaning all the messages are screened to make sure they are intended for
the entire list and they fit the list purpose. Thus, you will get only a handful
of messages a week, including meeting announcements for events such as the welcoming
event for new women on campus, the spring reception for women with the Bread
and Roses awards, "Take Our Daughters and Sons to Work Day" in April, and the
various Initiatives For Women activities. Moderators are members of the Women
& Technology Subcommittee of the Women's Concerns Committee.
To join the WCC-L list, send e-mail to listserv@listserv.albany.edu with a blank subject line and fill in a one-line message:
subscribe wcc-l   firstname   lastname
where you fill in your own first name for firstname and your own last name for lastname.
Currently, the list has 170 subscribers. Join them -- subscribe today!
Once you have subscribed, to post a message to the list, you send your e-mail message to wcc-l@listserv.albany.edu using a good subject line to alert readers about the content.
