Bread and Roses Awards Eligibility  

The Bread and Roses Awards are given every year by the Council of Women's Groups. Any member of the University community is eligible for nomination for the award, including part-time and full-time students, staff, faculty, and organizations.

Examples of contributions include:

• significant work on behalf of gender equity in all aspects of the University community, in and out of the classroom
• outstanding community service or social justice on behalf of women
• extraordinary efforts on behalf of the employment and/or professional development of women
