The Women's Community at UAlbany invites you to participate in one of the many women's groups available on campus. The network of organizations and individuals listed on this website, in conjunction with the Women's Concerns Committee (WCC) and Council of Women's Groups (CWG), work to encourage women to develop their full potential, to develop programs around current issues and interests, and to meet and network with other women.

Meetings of the WCC/CWG are held each month on the first Thursday, during lunch starting at 12:00 noon. We invite you to join in this exciting exchange or to join up with one or more of the wide array of groups listed on this website. At the very least, please consider joining the Women's Community listserv (under electronic networking) to receive notice of upcoming events, new research and other announcements. As you will see there is something here for everyone!
