Complete Submissions Must Include:
| 8x10 copies of all photographs submitted; |
|
| a list of all photographs, including the names, time and place a given picture was taken; |
|
| in case of a photo-essay, an essay no longer than eight pages double spaced; |
|
| a cover letter stating that the copyrights for the pictures are owned by the submitter. |
