News & Notes

Project 22

On April 28th from 1-5 pm in the Campus Center Ballroom, the UAlbany Veterans group will be pairing up with the University Police Department and the NY State Troopers to hold a screening of the empowering film, Project 22.

A film about two veterans that traveled on motorcycle around the country to talk to veterans of war and ultimately raise awareness for the 22 veterans that kill themselves each day. This is a movie that is already touching so many lives and we hope that it can inspire and motivate others to work hard and fight for the veterans that have fought overseas for us.

It starts with awareness, it starts with YOU! We welcome you to come and enjoy this film in the company of many veteran friendly organizations, as well as, students, faculty, staff and veterans themselves.
Thank you.
