About the Commission

The University Commission on Diversity and Affirmative Action was created by the President of the University at Albany to advise the President, recommend policy appropriate to enhancement of campus diversity, evaluate existing diversity programs, and assist the Office of Diversity and Affirmative Action in setting and achieving appropriate goals. 

The UCDAA bylaws govern the composition of its membership and structure.
