Vision:  UCDAA promotes a culture that values diversity

Mission: 

Advise and recommend policy and programs to assist the Office of the President and the Office of Diversity & Affirmative Action
Manage UCDAA initiatives and programs in addition to supporting campus-wide diversity initiatives
Assess progress (qualitatively & quantitatively) toward improving the culture of diversity on campus
