Dining Room Monitor Slides

Campus groups and departments are invited to display their notices and event info on quad dining room monitors.

How does it work?

  1. E-mail UAS
    Your Name:
    Name of your Organization:
    Phone number:
    Requested Date(s) of Posting (Monday to Monday):
    Locations For Posting: Indian and or State and or Colonial
  2. Attach slide made in accordance with Slide Submission Guidelines Please allow at least two weeks for approval.
  • If approved*, new slides will be posted every Monday. See Sample Slides
  • Posted slides will play on monitors 14 hours a day, cycling through current slides
  • Slides will be removed after the event date has passed**

*Please Note: Although we will make every attempt to honor requests, we cannot guarantee that space will be available. All slides are subject to review and editing.**Timeframe for the removal of slides not guaranteed
