Process for ordering your birthday package:
- Contact Chartwells at least 48 hours prior to the date your cake is needed. Call Kathy at Chartwells (518) 442-5985 to place your order, or email her at Kstramiello@uamail.albany.edu.
- Please be prepared to leave student's phone number and/or email address so that Chartwells is able to contact the student
- Chartwells staff will work with the student to arrange a convenient time for them to pick up their cake and birthday supplies.
