Scholarship & Program Funds
These funds have been endowed through the generosity of donors, alumni and friends of The Foundation. We are truly appreciative of their support.
The University at Albany Foundation's endowed scholarships and program funds are offered by specific schools, colleges or departments within the University at Albany. Each school, college or department maintains its own scholarships and awards them to students according to various criteria.
A number of the scholarships listed below are handled by the Financial Aid Office. Please visit their web page for application information.
The lists below are in PDF format. They require the free Adobe Acrobat Reader.
Please note that for many of these scholarships, particularly those in which demonstrated financial need is part of the criteria, a FAFSA must be on file through the Office of Financial Aid.

Endowed program funds provide the additional measure of excellence that is vital to an enriching educational experience for UAlbany’s students. These funds also provide integral support for faculty research and teaching. Professorships, library and special collections enrichment, seminars/lectures, technology enhancement and the general support of UAlbany’s many initiatives, programs and departments are only some of the areas in which endowed program funds enhance.
