The Foundation owns two tracts of real estate in the Bolton Landing area – a 130-acre parcel and 3-acre parcel in close proximity. The lands are within the Adirondack Park. The larger parcel has two streams, fauna, and wetlands, with both wooded and open areas; the smaller is heavily wooded with a stream and steep incline. Both areas have been made available for field research by faculty and students in the Program in Biodiversity in the Department of Biological Sciences.
