1. Students must have completed 24 credits or more (preferably two full years) from Po Leung Kuk Community College of Hong Kong or they will be required to submit a high school transcript with their application.

2. General admission for transfer students to the University at Albany requires a 2.5 GPA.

3. A TOEFL score of 550 (paper based) or 213 (computer based) is required if an applicant hasn't successfully completed ENGL 115, or the equivalents, with a grade C or better at Po Leung Kuk Community College of Hong Kong and IELTS overal score of 6.0.

4. Applicants must successfully meet the financial requirements and guarantees required of international students to study at the University at Albany.
