The Social Workers Radio Talk Show was conceived as a unique opportunity for the University at Albany's School of Social Welfare students to explore media opportunities in radio hosting, production and prep.

Peter Rosenberger hosts a weekly radio show in Nashville, TN that is also available on iHeart Radio. His show delves into the challenging issues faced by caregivers. A new edition of his book, "Hope for the Caregiver" was also recently released. Mr. Rosenberger has been caring for his wife for nearly 30 years, and together, they run a non-profit organization called "Standing with Hope". This organization works to secure used artificial limbs and refurbish them for those in need throughout the world.

Edgar Barens is an award-winning filmmaker. His work includes documentary films, experimental shorts, music videos, and public service announcements. Mr. Barens sat down with The Social Workers to discuss his film titled 'Prison Terminal: The Last Days of Private Jack Hall'. This film explores the many issues in the American Criminal Justice System.
