Make the Spirit Zone Your Home Page!
Follow the instructions below for your particular browser:
Internet Explorer 5+
- On the main menu click on Tools then select Internet Options
- Under the General tab you will see a box at the top where you can enter a URL
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage. Or if you are on the Spirit Zone Home page when you open this window, you can just press the Use Current key
- Click 'OK' at the bottom of the dialog window.
Firefox
- On the main menu click on Tools then select Options
- Under the General tab you will see a box at the top where you can enter a URL
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage. Then click 'OK' [if you are on the Spirit Zone Home page when you open this window, you can just press the Use Current key]
Netscape Navigator 4+
- On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
- Select Navigator from the category list
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage
Opera 3+
- On the main menu bar click on Navigation and select Set Home.
- In the Global Home Page field, type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/
- Click 'OK'
- On exiting Opera, select the Save Windows checkbox.
- On launching Opera, you will need to click on Home in the toolbar.
Netscape Navigator for Mac
- On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
- Select Navigator from the category list
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage
Internet Explorer for Mac
- On the main menu click on Edit then select Preferences
- Select Web browser from the category list followed by home/search
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage
America Online (AOL) 3+
- On the main menu click on Members then select Preferences
- Select WWW icon from the category list
- Type in the address http://www.albany.edu/studentevents/ as your homepage
