Credit Card Payment Instructions
Would you like to pay your bill with a credit card? Credit card payments can be faxed to the Bursar. The Bursar will accept Master Card, Visa or Discover. Complete the Credit Card Payment form and fax to 518.442.3818.
You will need to provide the following information:
- Name of Student
- Student ID Number
- Amount to be charged to the credit card
- Term to apply the charge (e.g. Spring 2006)
- Printed Name of Card Holder
- Credit Card Type (Master Card, Visa or Discover)
- Credit Card Number
- Credit Card Expiration Date (Month/Year)
- Signature of Credit Card Holder
