About the Office of Student Accounts

On behalf of the staff in the Office of Student Accounts, welcome to UAlbany! This web site exists to make it possible for you to obtain important information about UAlbany tuition and fee costs as well as related information without requiring you to personally visit or telephone the Office. Please take a few moments to familiarize yourself with the information on this web site and check it frequently for updated information. A good place to start might be to read the paragraphs below for a brief description of what the Office of Student Accounts at UAlbany does.


The Office of Student Accounts handles the billing and collects payment of tuition, fee, room, meal plans, University in High School, International Program, SUNYCard, and room damage charges for students, and is responsible for the receipt and disbursement of all student financial aid. We also collect payments of balances due for services provided by the University Health Center, and for admissions and room deposits, Graduate application fees, Orientation programs, Intensive English Language Program, copyright infringement fees, and some University Library fees.

Bursar Counter -- Visit this counter to make payments on invoices you have received, to endorse scholarship or bank loan checks, to pick up an emergency loan or stipend/fellowship checks.

Location -- The Office is located on the lower level of the Campus Center - G26.
