Why Give to the UAlbany-SUNY School of Social Welfare?

Few social work schools are catalysts for social change like the UAlbany-SUNY School of Social Welfare. To continue this mission, we need your help. 

Since the School’s founding, we have equipped generations of social workers with the knowledge and skills to empower the world’s most vulnerable people. In addition:

• Our faculty pioneer research at the profession’s leading edge.
• Our alumni develop new services and shape social welfare policy.
• Our best practices become professional standards for the wider community.
• Our global partnerships make life better for people in South Africa as well as South Dakota.

New York State funding is not sufficient to support these activities. As a result, we need your help to continue effecting change for people at risk.
