Advanced Standing MSW Curriculum at the University at Albany

An undergraduate degree in social welfare qualifies graduates for advanced standing in many MSW programs, including the MSW program at the University at Albany.Whereas an MSW degree usually requires two full academic years of training, the advanced placed student can complete the MSW through a condensed program that beings in the summer and is followed by just one academic year.

For Students who graduated not more than six years ago from a baccalaureate degree program accredited by the Council on Social Work Education.
