Interim Head Coach 

Lindsey Hart

First Season

Lindsey Hart enters her first season as head coach of the UAlbany women’s lacrosse program. Hart spent last season as the squad’s top assistant prior to being promoted in the summer of 2005.

Prior to her arrival in the Capital Region, Hart served as an assistant at Ohio University for the 2003 season. She has also coached lacrosse at Ohio University’s camps along with the East West Sports and Next Level Lacrosse camps.

Hart brings a wealth of playing experience to her position. As a four-year member of Ohio’s squad, she earned first-team All-American Lacrosse Conference honors twice and was named to the regional All-America squad in 2001 and 2002. The most prolific offensive player in school history, Hart amassed 180 goals and 236 points during her career with the Bobcats. Hart, an Academic All-American, was named the 2002 Athlete of the Year at Ohio.

Hart played on the Canadian National U-19 Women’s Lacrosse Team that won a bronze medal at the World Cup in 1999. Additionally, she was a member of the 2001 Canadian National Women’s Lacrosse team, and participated in the 2005 World Championships.

A native of Vineland, Ontario, Hart received a bachelor’s degree in biology from Ohio in 2003.


Assistant Coach Jen Fluck

Second Season

Jen Fluck returns for her second season as part of the UAlbany women’s lacrosse coaching staff. Fluck, a standout women’s lacrosse and field hockey player at East Stroudsburg University, was promoted to top assistant in the summer of 2005.

Prior to her arrival at UAlbany, Fluck helped introduce girls lacrosse to the Lancaster, Pa. area. She served as the head coach at Conestoga Valley High School and compiled a 54-15-2 record in five seasons.

Fluck, who played defensive wing for East Stroudburg’s lacrosse squad, was a two-time first-team All-American and All-Pennsylvania State Athletic Conference honoree. She was named the team’s MVP as a senior.

A three-time Academic All-American in field hockey and lacrosse, Fluck was voted the 1998 East Stroudsburg Female Scholar-Athlete of the Year.

Fluck graduated with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education from East Stroudsburg in 1998. She currently plays for the Philadelphia Women’s Indoor Field Hockey Team which is a member of the North American Premier League.


Assistant Coach Andrea Hanley

First Season

Andrea Hanley enters her first season as an assistant coach with the UAlbany women’s lacrosse program.

Before her arrival in the Capital Region, Hanley spent four seasons as an assistant coach at Penn State. Hanley also was a graduate assistant for lacrosse and field hockey at Gettysburg College from 1999-2001.

A first-team All-American goalkeeper at Drew University, Hanley was named the Division III Goalkeeper of the Year in 1999. She is Drew’s career saves leader with 735.

A four-year field hockey letterwinner, Hanley received a bachelor’s degree in behavioral science before earning a master’s in exercise science and physical education from McDaniel College in 2001.
