Prerequisites


Degree: M.D. or D.O.

Post-Graduate Training: Successful completion of at least one year of clinical residency training, preferably in a primary care field

Licensure: Must hold an unrestricted New York State Medical license:

Graduates of US medical schools, including osteopathic schools:
- Part III of the USMLE, or FLEX
- At least ONE year of an accredited clinical internship/residency

Graduates of foreign medical schools:
- Part III of the USMLE, or FLEX
- At least THREE years of postgraduate training in an accredited US residency training program.

The Program will file and help co-sponsor visa petition for a candidate who has been accepted into the Program.
