Field Trips - Residents on the Road

Introduction

Field trips. The name conjures up memories of big yellow school buses full of noisy children heading off to the state capitol or the natural history museum for the day. But field trips aren’t just for kids. They can be a valuable part of preventive medicine residency education too.

We go to prisons, youth shelters, industrial sites and other places.
