UNIPRINT System
The University now offers UNIPRINT printing
services in the SPH Student Computing Labs.
The UNIPRINT system features high-speed,
high quality, reliable printers that are maintained
and serviced by the University computing staff locally. To
maintain this level of printing in the student computing
lab will require imposing a per-page charge for printing
documents from these machines.
The school charges 5 cents per page for
printing on these machines. This compares quite favorably
to the 10 cents per page charge on the other two campuses,
since it reflects the subsidy provided us by the NYS
Department of Health.
This UNIPRINT system works with a print
station magnetic card reader that uses your SUNYCARD.
You need to have funds available
on your SUNYCARD in order to print.
If you do not have a SUNYCARD, you need
to stop by the SUNYCARD office (located in the basement
of the campus center) on the Main Campus. It only takes
a few minutes.
After you have your SUNYCARD, you have
several methods of adding funds to your card:

Stop by the SUNYCARD office
on the uptown campus
(M - F, 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.) and
add funds in person

personal check
