Preconception Care Satellite broadcast originally aired February 27, 2003
Pre-pregnancy care is an increasingly recognized need with both clinical and public health significance. The goal of this program is to improve health care providers’ knowledge, understanding, and practice of preconception care as a means of improving pregnancy outcomes for women and children. The conference will build on a Preconception Care Curriculum developed at Montefiore Medical Center for the March of Dimes.

The School designates this educational activity for a maximum of 1.0 category one credits toward the AMA Physician’s Recognition Award. Each physician should claim only those credits that he/she actually spent in the activity.
