MPH Program

Our flagship degree, the Master of Public Health (MPH), helps students become well-rounded public health professionals, ready to assume responsible positions in state or local health departments, health care organizations, or health-related non-profit agencies in the US or overseas.  It features core courses in six areas – epidemiology, biostatistics, health policy & management, behavioral science, environmental health, and the biological basis of public health – and upper level courses in an area of concentration, as well as hands-on internship experiences in a variety of public health settings.
