SPH associate professor, Janine Jurkowski was awarded the Tom Bruce Award of Honor by the Community-Based Public Health Caucus (CBPH), which is affiliated with the American Public Health Association (APHA).

Doctoral student, Michelle Cravetz was awarded the Public Health Nurse Creative Achievement Award from the American Public Health Association (APHA) on October 30th, at the APHA's 140th Annual Meeting.
