Deb joined the University in 1998 and the School of Public Health in 2005 and served as the director of Marketing until becoming assistant dean for Administration in August 2014. As assistant dean she works closely with the Dean on development and coordination of the school’s operating budget and has oversight responsibility for facilities, space planning, equipment and technology, and coordinates reporting of data to the University, NYSDOH, ASPPH and CEPH.  She earned an M.B.A. from the University at Albany and a B.B.A. from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.
