Caitlin joined the School of Public Health in 1993 and served as the graduate program administrator for the Departments of Biomedical Sciences and Environmental Health Sciences until becoming assistant dean for Student Affairs in June 2011. As assistant dean, she oversees student service activities including recruitment and admissions for the academic programs, enrollment management, student grievances, and coordinates the school's annual Poster Day as well as spring commencement. She earned an M.S. in Higher Education Administration, and her thesis focused on improving student satisfaction with administrative services.
Caitlin was awarded the American Association of University Women, Career Development Award in 2008.
