Undergraduate Advising - Winter and Spring 2012

It is that time of year again! Time to make the trip downtown for your advisement appointment and to get your AVN so you can register.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT WHEN YOU CAN REGISTER:
Each student has a specific day and time when you can begin registration. It is based on the number of credits that you have completed. You can find out YOUR day and time for registration by following these steps:

1. Log into MyUAlbany.
2. Click on the “Academics” Tab.
3. On the left hand side, under Steps to Enroll, Click on “When Can I Enroll?” – This will list the exact day and time that YOU will have access to enroll in courses.
4. Make sure you schedule an appointment with Dr. JoAnne Malatesta BEFORE your registration date.

SCHEDULING YOUR ADVISEMENT APPOINTMENT:
As in the past, the advisement schedule allows for seniors to set up appointments first, then juniors, then sophomores.  The schedule is as follows:

Seniors: Begin advisement appointments on Tuesday, October 4th
Juniors: Begin advisement appointments on Tuesday, October 11th
Sophomores: Begin advisement appointments on Tuesday, October 18th
