Cattaraugus - Chatauqua - Chemung - Chenango - Clinton - Essex - Erie - Greene - Herkimer - Jefferson - Lewis - Livingston - Oneida - Tioga - Yates

(There are no county names beginning in the letters V, X, or Z)
