The Graduate Association of Political Science (G.A.P.S.) is an orginization devoted to creating the well rounded graduate student in the Political Science Department at the University at Albany.

G.A.P.S. is responsible, in part, in bringing guest lecturers to campus, hosting film forums, and professional develpoment conferences. The organiztation also attempts to promote a social atmosphere condusive to developing friendships and professional contacts. In the past, GAPS has also organized charity fundraisers and other community service activities.

The organization is open to every graduate student at the University at Albany. It is funded through graduate student fees and is organized through the GSO.
