The Department of Political Science provides students with an opportunity to explore political institutions and processes at the local, state, national, and global levels. With a faculty of 25 innovative and accomplished scholars, the Department offers a comprehensive curriculum covering the fields of American politics, international relations, comparative politics, public law, political theory, and public policy. Our diverse course offerings and committed faculty provide undergraduate and graduate students with a unique opportunity to develop the critical thinking and communication skills necessary to succeed in the 21st century.
