Dissertation: How Choice is Made in the Choice Debate

This project examines the past lobbying strategies of interest groups working on the issue of abortion at the state and national level. The goal is to answer such questions as: how do interest groups make lobbying decisions, why do they choose to get involved in certain battles and not others, and why do they sometimes choose not to act in certain instances?
