Sue Faerman is interested in managerial transitions and management education and development. She has co-authored several articles on management theory. She co-authored of two chapters of the books: "Productivity and the Personnel Process" in the Handbook of Public Productivity (Marcel Dekker, 1991) and "Judicial Leadership" in Court Management in the United States (Marcel Dekker, 1992).
