David Andersen has done extensive research and publishing in the areas of computer simulation models, educational finances, and manpower planning. He is also interested in welfare reform and solid waste management. He is author of Government Information Management (Prentice Hall, 1991) and articles on strategic planning in state agencies and school finance reform in New York State.
